How does FYNCE work?
We start with a personal introduction. Your consultant gets to know you and fills in your profile together with you. You then get access to the FYNCE app. There you see all the new assignments within our network. Do you see an assignment that appeals to you? Then you can respond easily.
Your consultant discusses the assignment with you, checks whether the match is a good one and guides the further contact with the client.
Do I still miss assignments if I use FYNCE?
No. Through FYNCE you see all the new interim assignments in finance and HR within our network.
In addition, your consultant keeps actively thinking along with you. If an assignment comes along that suits you well, we also bring it to your attention personally.
Do I keep personal contact through FYNCE?
Yes. The app supports the process, but does not replace your consultant.

Do I run a credit risk through FYNCE?
No. FYNCE pays your invoice within the agreed payment term. That means you are not dependent on the moment the client pays.

Do I set my own hourly rate?
Yes. You set your own hourly rate. Your consultant discusses the options and shares market information, so that you have a good picture of the going rates for comparable assignments.
You make the final arrangements together with the client.
Am I tied to FYNCE if I sign up?
No. You always stay in control yourself. You decide which assignments you look at, what you respond to and whether you want to go into an introduction.
