Data, analytics & dashboarding

Use data to improve performance and results

What you need is a clear dashboard built from your raw data. Instead of preparing reports manually in Excel every month, you receive up-to-date information automatically and can manage your business using real-time data.

Many organisations hold large amounts of data in financial systems, ERP solutions, HR applications and other business systems. Yet turning this data into useful management information often remains difficult. Reports are frequently prepared by hand, information is spread across different systems and the figures do not always match. As a result, management teams spend a great deal of time trying to understand performance, risks and possible areas for improvement.

The result? Decisions are based on outdated information, departments work with different figures and there is no single, consistent view of the organisation. Up-to-date information and clear key performance indicators (KPIs) help you act quickly and make targeted decisions.

Respond quickly with well-informed decisions

Our business intelligence (BI) consultants design, build and maintain powerful management information solutions using Microsoft Power BI. We combine data from financial systems, ERP solutions, HR applications, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other data sources. This gives you one central and reliable source of information.

We develop interactive dashboards that show directors, managers and business units exactly how the organisation is performing. These dashboards can include financial KPIs, revenue and margin trends, project results, workforce information, operational performance and forecasts.

Our dashboards give you continuous access to up-to-date management information. This allows you to respond faster to change and support your decisions with facts.

How do we work?

A good dashboard starts with the information you need and the reliability of your data, not with the technology. We therefore begin by defining your organisation’s objectives, key processes and KPIs. We then identify the available data sources and create the connections you need.

Next, we develop user-friendly Power BI dashboards tailored to the different roles within your organisation. We guide users both during and after implementation. This helps ensure that the figures in the dashboards are used in practice to make better decisions and achieve measurable results.

Every organisation has different priorities. We therefore configure your Power BI dashboard around the information you need to manage your organisation.

You may, for example, want to:

• monitor volumes and immediately see which products or items are falling behind in sales or distribution. This allows you to decide in good time whether to scale down production, adjust your product range or take targeted action;
• understand dependencies and supplier risks for each business relationship. This shows you where risks are emerging and helps you spread them more effectively;
• see how many hours are spent on each assignment or order. This makes it clear which activities are profitable and where work can be organised more efficiently;
• monitor sickness absence, leave, staff turnover and contract details, so you can plan workforce capacity and staffing more effectively;
• produce environmental, social and governance (ESG) reports that meet current legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the information needs of your stakeholders.

Based on your questions, we develop tailored dashboards and reports. These can show you how much capacity is available, which products are underperforming, which projects are over budget and how revenue, costs and margins are changing. You can use this information to decide where to deploy people and resources, which costs need further investigation and which activities need to be adjusted.

OneLane turns your data into a practical tool for managing your organisation. You can quickly see where action is needed, where improvements can be made and which changes require attention. That way you base your decisions on facts rather than assumptions.
